Richmond Country Club’s facilities are enhanced by an impressive Fitness Centre with a wide variety of training equipment to maximize your physical potential. The Fitness Centre features state-of-the-art equipment, including stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers and stair climbers as well as a full range of APEX strength training equipment for complete circuit training. A stretching area, complete with mats, balls and ropes, will promote a well-balanced workout to meet your fitness needs.
Increase your motivation, energy, self-esteem, and confidence in the gym with our certified personal trainers who will custom-design a program specifically for you. A number of fitness programs, at preferred member only rates, including teen weight training, personal or tandem training, and golf or tennis conditioning programs are offered throughout the year. To expand your fitness horizons, enrol in one of our pilates or yoga programs to improve your strength and flexibility.
After your workout, our men’s and ladies locker rooms feature large Jacuzzi and sauna areas for a complete wellness experience.
